Cornell Atkinson’s Faculty Fellows Network

Since 2009, Cornell Atkinson has engaged more than 700 Cornell interdisciplinary researchers from across the university as Cornell Atkinson Faculty Fellows. These researchers represent the sustainability research community at Cornell University who work across our priority areas of climate, energy, food, and one health. As recipients of Cornell Atkinson funding, participants on grant application review panels, and thought leaders in related fields, our Fellows are uniquely suited to build, sustain, and connect sustainability research efforts on campus and beyond.

Expectations and Benefits

  • The Faculty Fellow designation is intended to recognize a researcher’s engagement with Cornell Atkinson and to bring visibility to sustainability research at Cornell.
  • A Faculty Fellow designation is an eligibility requirement for all Cornell Atkinson funding opportunities.
  • Fellows are strongly encouraged to include the “Cornell Atkinson Center for Sustainability Faculty Fellow” title in their signature line, on proposals, websites, CVs, and other communications relating to Cornell University business.
