Pablo Pulido
Pablo Pulido Mendoza is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Nexwell, a global investment holding company dedicated to advancing initiatives that confront climate change and drive decarbonization. Since inception in 2019 Nexwell has developed into a diversified portfolio of growth and venture investments.
With over 25 years of experience in scaling companies and more than 15 years in the renewable energy sector, Pablo has a proven track record of building successful companies.
In 2009, he co-founded Sonnedix, a solar platform that grew from a startup to operations in eight countries, with over $3.5B in assets sold to JPMorgan’s Infrastructure Investment Fund. Before Sonnedix, Pablo invested in and led Editorial Arte, a Venezuelan printing and publishing company, through 150x growth, establishing it as a market leader.
Earlier in his career, Pablo was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, leading over $700M in Latam transaction, including Mexico’s Cintra restructuring and Venezuela’s CANTV IPO. He also served as an advisor to PDVSA in Venezuela, promoting $240M investment vehicles.
Currently, Pablo also actively oversees new VC investments and Editorial Arte. He serves on several non-profit boards and enjoys reading, polo, squash, skiing, and art collecting. Pablo firmly believes in the principle of doing well by doing good.
