Monica Touesnard

Monica Touesnard is Associate Director of the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise and the Career Management Center in the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. With more than twenty years’ experience working with companies and organizations at the intersection of business and sustainability, she is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, launching, and championing new programmatic enhancements for the Center as well as managing and cultivating existing ones.

Monica has a breadth and depth of knowledge of careers impacting environmental and social issues – from renewable energy to international development to B-corps and more. Over the years she has fostered an extensive network of alumni and experts in the field. Monica enjoys interacting and working with students to help them develop their full leadership potential and ultimately realize their sustainability career goals. Monica has taught classes on microfinance and design thinking for social impact.

She earned her MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus on Sustainable Enterprise and has a B.A. from McGill University in Canada.
