David Nanus
David Nanus is President of LS Power Equity Advisors, LLC, the private equity business of LS Power, a leading investor, developer and operator of critical energy infrastructure. He is a member of LS Power’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. David also serves as Chairman of the Board of electric vehicle charging company EVgo, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVGO), and on the boards of renewable energy companies Clearlight Energy and REV Renewables, and energy services company Opterra Energy Services. Prior to joining LS Power in 2005, David held roles in investment banking with Lazard Frères and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.
David is a past President of the Board of Trustees of Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County and a past member of the Board of Trustees of Success Academy NYC Charter Schools. He is an emeritus member of the Cornell University Dyson School of Business Undergraduate Program Advisory Council. He received a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
