Rachel Brown
Rachel Brown is Managing Director and Head of Global Innovation at CIBC Global Asset Management. She brings over twenty years of experience in product and go-to-market operations, digital and data strategy, and large-scale business transformation.
Before joining CIBC, Rachel held senior leadership roles at Flywire, Google, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was a core member of the firm’s Social Impact Practice. Rachel’s ESG expertise includes investment strategy, measurement, public-private partnerships, and operating model design. She has worked extensively with global funders including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, plus governments and NGOs in India, South East Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Rachel holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in History and Italian, magna cum laude, from Cornell University.
